At Garage Graphix, every piece is made to order—built for you, not pulled off a shelf.
Production + Shipping Timeline
All items are custom printed after your order is placed.
- Production time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping time: 5–9 business days
👉 Total delivery time: Typically, 7–14 business days
This is the standard turnaround for most orders.
How Your Order Ships
We work with trusted production partners like Printful and Yoycol to create and ship your gear.
Because of this:
- Items may ship from different locations
- Orders may arrive in separate packages
- You’ll receive tracking for each shipment
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on:
- Your location
- Items ordered
- Fulfillment partner
No surprises—we keep it transparent.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 1–3 days for tracking to update after shipment.
Delays (The Real World Stuff)
We move fast—but sometimes things happen.
Delays can occur due to:
- Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, DHL)
- Weather
- High order volume
We appreciate your patience—we’ll always help if something looks off.
Address Accuracy
Double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- We can fix it only before production starts
- Once in production or shipped, we can’t redirect the order
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you don’t have it:
- Check with neighbors or your local carrier
- Reach out to us—we’ll help track it down
While we can’t guarantee replacements for stolen packages, we’ll always work with you to find a solution.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to:
- Customs fees
- Import duties
- Taxes
These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
